Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item/items missing from your order so that we can evaluate the issue and help you with an exchange or shipment of the missing parts.
Partial Deliveries
In case of partial deliveries, i.e. if some products from your order are missing, please contact us on EMAIL:- Toys24in@gmail.com with the details of the order and the missing product(s), and we will ship the same to you. No exchange, return, or refund request will be accepted due to incomplete orders. Only if Toys24 is unable to fulfill the incomplete/missing item(s), a refund pertaining to the missing items will be provided.
Order Cancellation Returns and Refund Policy:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if products are dispatched.
The products are eligible for replacement, within 48 hours of delivery, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different/wrong item being delivered to you. Please contact us on WhatsApp at +91-9555866108 with Opening Video.
Replacement, if any, will be done only for Unused products on a case-to-case basis with perfect box condition. The actual video of the product with repackaging showing items is to be shared. Minimal To and Fro shipping in such cases will be extra depending on parcel size.
Opening Video is Must – Please record the opening video of the Parcel and show the item clearly and if found damaged we will replace it immediately.
Please, reach out to our customer support within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
Refund – Refunds, if any, once processed will be credited in 5-6 working days in the same payment mode.
